In the Trujillo city, from April 20th to 26th, 2000, the III Panamerican Workshop on Computational and Applied Mathematics, PANAM III, was organized, an event that saw the birth of the Peruvian Society of Applied and Computational Mathematics (SPMAC) on April 26 of that same year. From that date onwards, the SPMAC is in charge of organizing the International Congresses of Applied and Computational Mathematics (CIMAC).
I CIMAC(2001). It was organized with the Academic Department of Mathematics of the National University of Trujillo - Peru, from March 14th to 21th; with the participation of 30 foreign and 50 Peruvian exhibitors, with an attendance of 300 people. In addition, the Scientific Initiation Contest was held.
Later the NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM OF APPLIED AND COMPUTATIONAL MATH was organized, on the dates of August 5th to 10th, 2002 at the La Molina National Agrarian University. GIP.

II CIMAC(2003). It was organized jointly the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the UNMSM - Lima, Peru. On that occasion, 25 foreign and 70 national exhibitors participated, with an attendance of 400 people. In addition, the Scientific Initiation Contest was held.
III CIMAC(2005). It was held at the National University of Callao - Peru, with the participation of 7 foreign and 40 national exhibitors. In addition, the Scientific Initiation Contest was held.
IV CIMAC(2008). It was organized jointly the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University - Lambayeque, with the participation of 10 foreign and 40 national exhibitors. In addition, the Scientific Initiation Contest was held.
V CIMAC(2010). It was organized with the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of the San Antonio Abad National University of Cusco - Peru, with the participation of 8 foreign and 63 national exhibitors, 8 mini-courses. In addition, the Scientific Initiation Contest was held.
VI CIMAC(2012). It was organized jointly the Academic Department of Matamatics and Statistics of the Jorge Basadre Grohman National University of Tacna - Peru, from August 27th to 29th; with the participation of national and foreign exhibitors and a strong presence from the neighboring country de Sur, 7 plenaries, 62 presentations and 4 courses, and the Scientific Initiation program in honor of Norma Gutierrez Moreno.
VII CIMAC(2014). It was organized by the Mathematics Department of the National University of Trujillo-Peru, from October 08th to 13th; there were 6 workshops, 5 plenaries, 49apx presentations.

VIII CIMAC(2016). It was organized jointly the Faculty of Sciences of the National University of Engineering, from August 28th to 29th; with the participation of 7 researchers from abroad and approximately 50 nationals and an attendance of 250 participants.

IX CIMAC(2019). It was organized jointly the National Agrarian University La MOLINA, from August 21th to 24th, with the participation of 15 speakers from abroad, and another 12 national, 4 workshops and 7 specialized sessions, with the presence of presentations from abroad, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Puerto Rico, USA; Germany, etc.

X CIMAC (2021). It was organized jointly the National Agrarian University of La Selva, Tingo María-Peru, from August 19th to 28th, with the participation of 15 speakers from abroad, and other nationals. In addition, 3 Mini workshops, 12 plenary sessions, 4 Mini courses and 73 specialized conferences were held, with the presence of exhibitors from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Puerto Rico, USA; Germany, etc.

En la ciudad de Trujillo del 20 al 26 de abril del 2000, se organizó el III Panamerican Workshop on Computational and Applied Mathematics, PANAM III, evento que vio el nacer de la Sociedad Peruana de Matemática Aplicada y Computacional (SPMAC) el 26 de abril de ese mismo año. A partir de esa fecha, la SPMAC, organiza los Congresos Internacionales de Matemática Aplicada y Computacional (CIMAC).

Posteriormente se organizó el SIMPOSIO NACIONAL DE MATEMATICA APLICADA Y COMPUTACIONAL, en las fechas del 5 al 10 de Agosto del 2002 em la Universidad Nacional Agraria la Molina . GIP.

II CIMAC(2003). Fue organizado con la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la UNMSM - Lima, Perú. En esa oportunidad se conto con la participación de 25 expositores extranjeros y 70 nacionales, con una concurrencia de 400 personas. Además se llevo a cabo el Concuso de iniciación científica.
III CIMAC(2005). Se llevó a cabo en la Universidad Nacional del Callao – Perú, contando con la participación de 7 expositores extranjeros y 40 nacionales. Además se llevo a cabo el Concuso de iniciación científica.
IV CIMAC(2008). Organizado con la Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas de la Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo – Lambayeque, conto con la participación de 10 expositores extranjeros y 40 nacionales. Además se llevo a cabo el Concuso de iniciación científica.
V CIMAC(2010). Organizado con la Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas de la Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco – Perú, del 02-06 de Agosto. Contó con la participación de 8 expositores extranjeros y 63 nacionales, 8 minicursos. Además se llevo a cabo el Concuso de iniciación científica.
VI CIMAC(2012). Organizado con el Departamento Académico de Matamática y Estadística de la Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohman de Tacna – Perú, 27 al 29 de agosto. Se contó con la participación de expositores nacionales y del exterior y una fuerte presencia del vecino país de Sur, 7 plenarias, 62 presentaciones y 4 cursillos, y el programa de Iniciación Científica en honor a Norma Gutierrez Moreno.

VII CIMAC(2014). Organizado por el Departamento de Matemáticas de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo- Peru, del 08 al 13 de Octubre. Hubieron 6 cursillos, 5 plenarias, 49apx presentaciones.

VIII CIMAC(2016). Organizado con la Facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, del 28 al 29 de agosto. con la participación de 7 investigadores del exterior y aproximaamente unos 50 nacionales y una asistencia de 250 participantes.

IX CIMAC(2019). Organizado con la Universidad Nacional Agraria La MOLINA, en las fechas del 21 al 24 de Agosto, con la participación de 15 conferencistas del exterior, y otros 12 nacionales ,4 workshops y 7 sesiones especializadas, con la presencia de presentaciones del exterior , Colombia, Perú , Ecuador, Chile, Brasil, Puerto Rico, USA; Alemania, etc.

X CIMAC(2021). Organizado con la Universidad Nacional Agraria de la Selva, Tingo María-Perú, en forma Virtual en las fechas del 19 al 28 de Agosto, con la participación de 15 conferencistas del exterior, y otros nacionales. Además, se desarrollaron 3 Mini workshops, 12 plenarias, 4 Mini cursos y 73 conferencias especializadas, con la presencia de expositores de Colombia, Perú , Ecuador, Mexico, Chile, Brasil, Puerto Rico, USA; Alemania, etc.
